Plotting this story has been a ride. I still don’t have all the major plot points nailed down, but I did take some time to create a structure that I’m committed(-ish) to following.

There will be 8 chapters and an epilogue. Each chapter name reveals something about Ruby’s spiritual journey and her desire for redemption. Can you guess how it all ends?

1. Supplication
2. Birth
3. Devotion
4. Sin
5. Repentance
6. Union
7. Reunion
8. Purification

The epilogue doesn’t have a name. If I had to give it one, it would probably be something like Anew, but that doesn’t fit the pattern of using nouns so maybe Sovereignty or Dominion. I’ll put a pin in that for now.

I am excited to continue writing this story. I am excited to have you on this journey with me. And I can’t wait to see where we end up.
